Payment Policy

PAYMENT POLICY

  • Cheque / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / UPI or any payment mode should be in favour of Customize Holiday Packages.
  • The invoice amount should be paid in full; any dispute should be raised before guest check-out.
  • Any refund or cancellation will be processed after deducting the retention amount.
  • Refund or cancellation related to hotel / transfer / services require a minimum of 30 days.
  • Customize Holiday Packages reserves the right to cancel booking due to non-payment.
  • All disputes are subject to Shimla court jurisdiction.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation made 30 days prior to trip start: 25% of total tour cost charged.
  • Cancellation made 15–30 days prior to trip start: 50% of total tour cost charged.
  • Cancellation within 0–15 days prior to trip start: 100% of total tour cost charged.
  • In case of weather or government restrictions, alternate arrangements may be provided. No cash refund applicable.
  • Cancellation policies mentioned in the itinerary apply irrespective of booking date.
  • Refund will be processed after deducting retention amount.
